SHIPPING POLICY
From the time your order is placed, it will take 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We typically DO NOT ship orders on the same day.
Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday, or Thursday).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.
ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY
If you need to make a special request about your order, such as using a particular shipping carrier, cancelling your order, or making a change to the products in your order, to make sure your request is processed, please email merci@labsoluperfumes.com within 6 hours of placing your order to ensure we can pass your request on to our fulfillment center. After 6 hours, we cannot guarantee any special request can be honored.
We no longer accept requests to combine international orders.
RETURN POLICY
We aim to provide the utmost customer satisfaction. It is towards the fulfilment of this
endeavour that we do our best to resolve all your concerns and issues. Due to the nature of the product, and like many fragrance companies, Labsolu Perfumes does not accept refunds or exchanges, this is because once a fragrance is shipped to a customer, we cannot guarantee that it has not been used or tampered.
A refund might be offered if the product is faulty or damaged when it arrives. Mail us at merci@labsoluperfumes.com within 3 days of receipt of the product in exchange. Labsolu Perfumes reserves the right to inspect defectiveor damaged products and resolve claims at our absolute discretion.
Always read the item description carefully as returns and refunds are not for incorrect decisions.If you are unsure about the product, you can email us with all your queries. This will help you make an informed choice.
PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Labsolu Perfumes will replace lost or damaged packages.
However, due to policies put in place by our shipping insurer, there are certain timeframes that we all need to work with to make sure the package is covered! For packages sent within the United States, we will replace packages that have not had an update to their tracking information after 15 days.
If your package is delayed, email us at merci@labsoluperfumes.com right away and we will be happy to help you! We have found that you receive the best service if you allow us to file the carrier claim on your behalf. While there is no need to wait longer than the timeframes provided above, we cannot take action to replace your package if it is before the timeframes stated.
